Since 1985, Canel’s has decidedly supported the sport by being part of the best cycling team in Mexico and more than 2 uninterrupted decades in motorsports with Team GP Mexico, proudly taking our brand in national and international events.

In recent years, we have entered into professional Mexican soccer through an alliance with Atlético San Luis of the Promotion Division and with the Santos Basketball Club in the newly formed National Basketball League in Mexico.

Canel’s Specialized

Started in 1985, CANEL’S Cycling Team is well known for its success in national and world class events. Our team is the premier mexican cycling team with 30 years of competition. CANEL’S CYCLING TEAM is a great example of Mexican cycling, with a history of significant domestic and international victories, and a very promising future. Over the years, our team has competed in more than 20 countries in America and Europe.

Team members participate annually in more than 100 days of competition and ride an average of 280,000 kilometers of combined training and competition each season.

Team GP Mexico

TEAM GP is considered by many as the best Racing team in Mexico. For over two decades the leadership of this team has committed to establishing a winning tradition on the national sports car racing scene. Team GP has not only raced cars, but has also built a reputation for having some of the highest technology available in building racing engines.

TEAM GP has had many great sponsors over the years, but none as loyal as the CANEL’S brand, which has been a continual sponsor for many years. Throughout this long journey, we are proud of the many victories. The most recent one is the NASCAR Series Championship 2015.

Atletico San Luis

The objective of this synergy is to increase the value of the Atletico de Madrid brand, since the franchises that are held in the world hang directly from the team in Spain. It seeks to bring the experience and knowledge to other teams in other countries of the world, which results in improving and solidifying the image of Atletico de Madrid.

The Club values the mexican market as one of the most important in which it has been working for some time, with the goal of accessing it through the San Luis Atletico Franchise.

The merger between Canel’s and Atletico de Madrid consolidates for both a sustainable brand development project in all its marketing objectives, and great growth plans in soccer inside and outside of Mexico. Strategies in which Canel’s continues to strengthen its leadership in the national and international market.

CB Santos

CB Santos began to write his story in 1969, quickly achieving an identity with the Potosí fans, in the 1971-1972 season he won his first national title, in 1980 Santos again became a champion, it was not until 2004 when the last one championship was achieved.

For Canel’s, it is a pride to be part of the CB Santos San Luis project, to continue the tradition of the team in our state looking to be protagonists again within the National Professional Basketball League (Mexico).
